Serengeti National Park Tours

Few men and women overlook their very first encounter with the Serengeti. Or it could be the epic migration of animals in their millions, following the ancient rhythm of Africa’s seasons. Whatever it is, welcome to one of the greatest wildlife-watching destinations in the world.

On the vast areas of the Serengeti, nature’s mystery, power, and beauty surround you as they perform in other areas. It’s here that one of the earth’s most striking natural cycles has played out for eons as hundreds of thousands of hoofed creatures, driven by ancient rhythms of survival, proceed continuously seeking fresh grasslands. The very famous, and many, would be the wildebeest (of which there are some 1.5 million), and their annual migration is among those Serengeti’s biggest draws.

Besides the migrating wildebeest besides, there are resident populations in the park, and you’re going to see those smaller but impressive herds year-round. More than 8000 wildebeest calves are created daily in February, although about 40 percent of these die before reaching four weeks old. A few black rhinos in the Moru Kopjes region allow you to glimpse all of the Big Five (lion, elephant, rhino, leopard, and buffalo), even though the rhinos are extremely seldom seen.

The 14,763-sq-km national park is also renowned for its predators, especially its own spiders. Hunting together is cheetahs, leopards, hyenas, jackals, and more. Serengeti is an incredible birdwatching destination, too, with over 500 species.

Your Africa vacation will be something you will always remember. The experience will be a fulfilling and inspiring journey through our shared continents. Through my experiences on travel, I have been to Africa three times, and each time was an exciting and unforgettable experience. 1. […] Etosha National Park, covering over 20,000 sq km, is among the world’s amazing wildlife-viewing places. Contrary to other parks in Africa, where you are able to spend days searching for creatures, Etosha’s charms lie in its capacity to attract the animals for you. Simply park your vehicle alongside one of many waterholes, wait and watch as a range of animals — lions, elephants, springboks, gemsboks, etc — come by two but from the hundreds.
